This county’s become a dream for golfers
Citrus County on Florida’s West Coast is home to vistas on the Gulf of Mexico, sparkling rivers and lakes, plus enough golf to satisfy the most avid player. This is a place with so much golf that you can drive to a new challenge just minutes away from the last fairways you played. Many fairways have dense woodlands, rolling hills and elevation changes that will remind you of North Carolina.
And the best courses are behind the gates of this area’s many private country clubs.
